Alyson is a native of Clinton. She and her husband, Lance, were married in 2016 and are now parents to their beautiful daughter, Connor (2018). Alyson was introduced to the world of dance at the young age of four.  She studied ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary with Studio SLM under Angie Luke and Rivers Walker, until the age of 18. She was also a cheerleader for Clinton Schools for six years. 

Alyson graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from Mississippi University for Women.  After taking her first barre class in 2013, she immediately fell in love.  She began teaching just 3 months later and continued instructing and training for the next 3.5 years.  Alyson joined OTB in August 2018.  She has also completed her training with Barre Intensify and is currently working toward her certification. 

Alyson’s love and knowledge for how the body functions, and her focus to detail, ensure an amazing and protected workout in each class.
